Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Money Order or a personal check. Note that if you do choose to pay us in one of these forms it will delay your order, as we must wait for your funds to clear before we can ship any merchandise.
To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address below.

Stock Policy

Every effort is made to ensure that our web site accurately reflects what is available for shipment. While we update our inventory listings virtually every day, a small percentage of the products listed at any given time may be out of stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock and we can verify that another shipment is expected, we will notify you by email. You will have the choice to cancel your order or wait until the item comes in.

Color Disclaimer Policy

We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website will exactly match the color of the product. Due to all monitor settings are not the same and will influence how colors are displayed. If you have any questions on a shade of color please contact us.

Refund Policy

We will only issue a refund if the item ordered is currently out of stock. The refund will be done as a credit to the original card that was used to purchase.

Return Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Monogrammed/personalized items and custom order items cannot be returned. If the monogramming is incorrect and it is the fault of our studio, not the buyer, then we will exchange for the same style item with the corrected personalization. Incorrect orders on the buyers’ behalf are NOT exchangeable. Please insure that you have typed your personalization as you would like it to be sewn on the item. Palmetto Embroidery will use their discretion on contacting customers on embroidery verification. Any items being returned/exchanged will be shipped to Palmetto Embroidery at the customer’s expense. Return shipping to the customer will also be the charged to the customer. We will always strive for your satisfaction, so if ever there is a problem, please email us the full details.

Warranty

We inspect all items before we ship the item. We will check for any defects that would fall within the manufactures warranty, if the item is found to have a defect that is covered under a manufactures warranty we will not sell the item. Some items may have small imperfections that are not considered a defect by the manufacturer this can be limited to color, size, etc. Palmetto Embroidery has no control, nor is aware of how our items are used after they are shipped from our shop, therefore we do not warranty any products against tears, holes, zippers, buttons, strings, fabrics, etc.

Shipping Information

We make the best effort to fill all orders within 1 business week of when the order is placed. It may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to fill the order. This will be dependent on current orders being processed. We will make an exception on processing time for rush and special orders this exception will require an extra fee. Please contact us via phone or email to request a rush shipment. We ship most items by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped to you. Please be sure to add our email address to your address book so that you are sure to receive any emails from us: sales@palmettoemb.com Most of our shipments arrive to customers within 2 – 3 USPS business days. This is the normal shipping time for Priority Mail, but once it leaves our shop and is in the hands of the USPS we have no control on the shipping time.

Insurance

All items are shipped with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation; this is not an optional service. If your purchase does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will attempt to track the package and file an insurance claim. We will give the customer the option of replacing the item with the exact same item or a refund. Palmetto Embroidery will wait for the Insurance refund before we begin on the item or send the customer’s refund. The customer will be responsible if the item is found within a reasonable time for the cost of the replacement item or refund.
If a package arrives to you damaged, please inspect your item for any damage and if you find any damage contact Palmetto Embroidery immediately so that we can notify the USPS and begin the insurance claim.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
